Though I must warn you china is a very communist country, and it isn't such a good place to be a pilot in. Well i've been hearing bad things about the agreements and terms and conditions, I rather think this is the main issue you should research up first before being committed to a chinese airline or undergoing any such training. Especially about that chinese eastern pilot who seeked asylum over in the states because china was trying to hunt him down or somthing like that. But if you want to self sponser then maybe "Pan Am" in beijing might be able to help you out.
