PMS: Most, if not all, of the Global Search people will be placed in Enroute regardless of their experience and skill set. No, it doesn't make much sense to people coming in, but believe me, it makes a hell of a lot of sense to those already in AsA. The people coming in will backfill the enroute sectors so people who have been waiting years to take up the positions in TWRs and TCUs can finally be released. That's how bad the manning is.
This is, as far as I can tell, sticking with the spirit of informal agreement by management that this would be happening. If it does, hats off to them for keeping the staff a bit happier and making a decision not purely based on the almighty dollar.
