Question for any imminent Mathematician:

What is the benefit of the new basic salary here (i mean for people who are flying a lot for the company), if there is no overtime payment anymore (wich used to represent 1 MONTH FULL salary if you are close to 900 hours!!), answereanuts...

Once again Q.A. has failed to demonstate his capacity to motivate people to stay here(as money is the only motivation here)... and his will to continue to recruit only desperated people...!
