PS I don't belive that companies will improve conditions enough to stop the drain from upper GA. They know that it wont stop the drain and will hold off untill things start to get really serious for them.
Agreed. I've said before that I'm convinced that employers view the current shortage as a cyclical event that will swing back in a year or two. But the article linked to by Anonymus6 showing how drastically wrong they are. In the order of 10,000 jet drivers needed per year until 2025!! It'll be hard to get anyone to fly your Dash/Bras/Conquest while those sort of numbers are flying around. Unless of course T & C's start getting addressed on a large scale.
