397 movements on Thursday!
Discounting the 500+ day last year that was artificially inflated because of a series of football charters, considering that it's still only May (and the busiest months for LTN are traditionally July and September)
and this year, that figure doesn't include a dozen or-so movements by CASU (e.g. x 6 deps + x 6 arrs) plus half-a-dozen movements by Eagle Flight Training, this is a significant number of flights given that all but about four which were corporate helis, were 'heavy metal' movements. Not bad for a runway that still doesn't have full taxiways to each end or holding areas, nor even a 'loop' like London City and Leeds/Bradford!
Guess it's now considered as just in an average day's work...
