I,m there for a few years and to me as ex. lufthansa flyer it is prety OK , I was flying for quite a few airlines, here is not as bad as many of them, You will like it some times , and dislike some other times , which is normal in this besiness, if U realy need some detail let me know , it has changed a lot recently with new management.
