Gnadirs, as mentioned before I 100% agree GF boys are not only welcome but for sure a big gain for QR. However as you've mentioned there's issues they are worried about. One of them is upgrade. Just imagine someone short before upgrade gotta go and start all over again. One possible solution for QR would be introduction of accelerated upgrade like CX provided the requirements are met. I'm sure QR will be ready to talk if the number is right let alone there's no one to prevent such a deal. Ouch.... shut I just shot my self in the foot. Anyhow best of luck to you guys.
