It was a very relaxed interview but after a little chit chat they got down to the questions. The normal ones e.g a time you have given good customer service, why BMED etc... my interviewer was a lady called Alison and it was easy to share a few jokes with her - something I couldn't do in my BA interview! Even they aren't sure what BMI will do once they come in at the beginning of November but I was told that they will probably divide the routes between long and short haul. I know a lot about their destinations but I do suggest looking at their inflight magazine, which is online
