IIRC, Nr Fairy discussed the incident in detail in the past and if I was him, I'm not sure that I would want the ashes to be raked through again.
But a search through his previous posts should provide you with the answer.
Why the grounding? I'm only guessing but this is a very small industry that we work in. A reputation, whether justified or not, can sometimes be very hard to shake.
