What do you all think about young vs. old cabin crew. I've had the opportunity to work with both, and I must say the Older ones are better in many ways
They really share their wealth of experience with the rest of the crew showing some nice CRM. Tell me what you think ? By this I don't mean to say there aren't any good (young) cabin crew out there, because there sure are..!!
