Once again a sickening example of when you let paper pushers and bean counters make all of the bl**dy decisions.

How can we, with open arms, bring in Algerian Hijackers, Albainian refugees who manage to hang on to a train and any other malingerer who quotes the human rights act but refuse a man who genuinely displayed a selfless act of heroism in the name of OUR country is beyond me.
But then again it's the same government that doesn't give a toss for the pensioners and can't wait for them to die to get them off the social security books so the money can go to wothwhile causes like single lesbian non caucasian mothers and 'happiness lessons' for teenagers.
