It'll be interesting to see the pass-rate from the conversion course... or the number of training extensions...
I know one applicant (ex-TAAATS LOI) with area RADAR and Procedural experience (currently exercising them in a complex, high traffic environment) who has been told that there were other applicants more suitable.
