I agree with Nonlimit ... that site is crap. And that taxi driver ... he can have a PhD bought in Karama or Kochin. And he is ugly as hell
Canada is a free country; one may enter/leave as he/she pleases. The Canadian Government doesn't force anyone to immigrate there. So, if people with PhDs are having a hard time, they are free to go back to where they came from.
