Actually chaps you need to be clear who actually is in the MOD - if you look, the head office staff are roughly 50% military - and that 50% has a monopoly on all the main positions of power and authority. By all means attack MOD - but understand that its servicepersonnel who are making the calls you hate, not the so-called serpents.
