Don't forget the memory chips with your upgrade.

PIII PSU is a bit different than the PIV (or AMD > 1Ghz) and newer units. They have an extra 4-prong plug. If your PSU has this hanging loose, then it is ok if the wattage is good.

HDD - CDROM - Peripherals and Case are work-able.
