Pay at EF LHR is usually between £1500 - £2000 per month after tax this obviously all depends on what you bid for if you bid early there and backs you will not earn as much as if you do late there and backs or if you bid for nightstops. The minimum days off per month is 9 but you will usually get 10 day off per month my roster for this month May was

CRM is generally ok at British Airways Most pilots are very nice, there are a few who look down their noses at you, Just look at Carnage Mateys posts on this forum! But as we swap flightcrew on most sectors so you don't really get to spend much time with the flightcrew e.g. The pilots who fly on your first sector will probably get off at your first destination then new flightcrew will get on back to london then you'll have new crew to your link destination then you get off the aircraft and they will fly back to london while your on your nightstop.
