Just out of curiousity, if the new starts are on AWA's and they are the cadets covered by that joke of a LOA (i.e. the one giving them back-dated seniority to when they started their tough GA time), then surely the LOA doesn't apply since they won't be employed under our EBA?
That LOA also has them as employed but on a leave of absence so they will be covered under the EBA. As for any future DE pilots who knows?
