BA Eurofleet Pay and Conditions

I've been reading through the forum here and see that estimated take home pay after tax for EF is £1500/£1600 per month. With a basic of £10,499 do you guys already working for EF think that is about right? Is there an incremental scale?

Also, at the interview we were advised 9 rest days per month yet I see 10 days mentioned in the forum. Can anyone who has just received a contract expand on this and the number of days annual leave you get per year?

Finally, on the training course, we'll all learn about CRM. I'd like to know generally what the relationship is like between flight crew and cabin crew at BA EF? Where I work now, it's brilliant and quite informal. After our crew briefing, we have a briefing with the flight deck and they like to share many of the details of the flight e.g. weather, airport characteristics, operations, safety issues etc. You really feel you are one team. Just wonder if it's similar at BA EF?
