It really breaks my heart to hear that you might have to sit a confined aluminium tube for 10 hours without a smoke. Blah, blah, whine, whine I only think of myself and F@CK the world around me!
Get a life, the airline industry is going non-smoking, if you can't hack it - travel to the US by boat!
