LARGE double bedroom in LGW

I have a double room available 10 min walk from 3 Bridges train station, 5 from the big Tesco and 15 from city center (the station is literally a 3 minute drive from the house). The room has a double bed and drawers and a large 3 door closet in the wall. The house has a garage and there's also parking in front of the house! The rent is L.340+bills a month (bills vary month to month but don't overpass the L50 per month).
There's a L330 deposit that you'd need to pay if you wanted the room and it's a 6 month contract in case you would want to change my name on the contract! He he he... (if you wanted to save some money from the fees! ). PVT me if interested!
