The 146 only seems to take a decent load on it's first and last flights of the day. I can't speak for every flight but it has departed with as few as 19 pax on board.
It gets to RTM in only 10 mins less than the F50 but uses 3 times as much fuel to do so. I can't see it lasting and I think VLM would be better off with something like a Dash 8 Q400.
