hi flying mom! EY accepts applicants with children and are married. I did have someone with me who recently received the call from EY to proceed with her medicals who is a mom. She didn't deny to EY that she was married nor did she have a child.
So, I don't think EY is biased on the fact that some of their applicants are married and are with children.
