Sadly GSMs product offering to Canada is uncompetitive with Zoom.
If you compare all factors including seat pitch in flight service and actual destinations flown to, I think that you will find yourself booking your ticket through Zoom not GSM. If you also then factor in all the current operational problems it’s an absolute “no brainer”.
You can’t offer one product, then deliver another and expect that a simple refund makes things alright.! BMI contributed to the failure of their Manchester-Dulles route by playing games like this.
