If you are flying to SFB, you will most likely be flying on a GSM 767, a GSM 757 or a NEOS 767 (The blue one).

The first day the NEOS 767 operated, it was delayed in GLA. This was because GSM ops didn't realise the catering equipment was different on this a/c than their other 767's. I believe it was only an hour delay, with 30 minutes made up in BFS.

If one of these A/C go tech, which isn't rare, you will be flying on a 738. The last time this happened, the crew that were flying were not ETOPS trained, only some of the ETOPS equipment was not fitted (no rafts) and the crew had to dress up as pax to go through cutstoms. This is not a rumour! It happened!

The NEOS 767 has a buisness class and economy class seating. However, they provide a 'premium economy' service to the first class pax. There are roughly about 10 rows of buisness. The rest is economy seating with 2 different services; Economy / Premium-economy. I'm not aware of the pitches, but the Buisness Class seats are very generous, and of course, it's a NEOS crew, who are quite friendly and helpfull.

Another NEOS 767 is on it's way. It will be in GLA in roughly a weeks time. They're longhaul routes should hopefully be back on track... until their own 767 (GCEFG) Joins Papa Tango to operate Air India flights. [EDIT] GCEFG left today to BOM. GSM have 1 767 again... that was quick, Air India must be paying A LOT!

Then they'll be back to square 1. Delayed long hauls, which effect the short hauls as they use short haul A/C to operate long haul routes.

The Boston route will be operated by the two 737-700's that they have. One of them is in ABZ and the other usually operates GLA-BCN.

PS - Regarding seat pre-booking. GSM have a habbit of changing A/C and routes. If you pre-book a seat then you may find yourself in a different seat, as it may be a different A/C than what was planned. There have been a few people reporting that they haven't received refunds, some that got their money back had to wait weeks after constant phone calls and providing their boarding cards etc.
