Dogma, The only problem with Flyglobespan is that it is a "Low Cost" airline. It does have a good success story in its short haul market out of Scotland to holiday destinations. It is making a huge commitment into the long haul market, where once it gets the a/c aquistion right and manages to get the crewing sorted out should prove to be a nice little niche market.
IMHO it should do well. I would be rather more concerned about other things such as Brown's so called green Airport taxes making it more expensive to fly long haul from Scotland via LHR/LGW/MAN etc.
