Thank you for that helpful info. I am a new entrant direct to LHR EF, am I right in thinking you both applied to LGW and were offered LHR?
I was made very aware both during my interview and at the presentation afterwards that WE MUST NOT give in our notice until we have a firm course date. They made it sound quite scary. I realise now they are having to accommodate all the LGW people first.
If I only have to wait about a month before I hear then that is good news. I am starting to expect a 6+ month wait!
I just want to get started.
Am worried now about the smoke hood. My daughter who is CC said she ripped off her gold necklace in a frantic effort to get the hood off after her turn. She said people were hyperventilating etc.
I realise the value of this exercise but I am not looking forward to it thats for sure!
