actually I think you will find the 145 has a much higher dispatch reliability than the Q400, certainly in the early days, and the 195. I wont mention the RJ/146! But what do I know? I only experience the operation now 6 days a week! But you could just make it up to slag of the BACon fill in the gaps r-----n.
