Direct employment with AAI is not possible except if you hold the right passport.
All contractors are employed by various agencies (most 'famous' is Airborne) and these agencies will advertise according to AAI's request on different websites (350 etc.).
I absolutely agree with AAIguy: Fish for a real job! Don't waste years.
