A cadet gets the same package a direct entry FO gets.

Once the ATPL is unfrozen you get the same package an SFO gets, whether you joined as a cadet or not.
Of course ! and once you are captain you get captain salary thanks god !!
What I am telling is that a 200 hrs cadet will need to work for 2 years to be unfrozen, in the meantime, easyjet will pay him twice less than a direct entry SFO (check again website
