The real problem with this fu.. risk assessment is:
There are
theorizers about us pilots, passing each psychological test, writing thousends of pages, talking artful, but not able to fly or to use their brains with common sense and they are the first and ever again involved in accidents and incidents and that will be so at all times.
Dazzlers! Kick them out!
I prefer the old style. Soft flushed cockpit managers we do not need in helicopter ops.
