AFAIK there never has been a 20 hour in 2 year requirement. What is needed is 12 hours in the year
before expiry to include 6hrs P1 and a 1 hour flight with an instructor, it then needs signing off by an examiner
before expiry. If this is not achieved it can be done by test.
