Mr Blue Eyes / Mr M..M... The reporting of facts is not necessarily criticism, neither do I see any particular bias or attempt to 'slag off' GSM. This is after all a GSM thread dealing with GSM's current issues, there is no compulsion to read the postings. Unfortunately sometimes the 'truth hurts' and those connected with GSM may find it a little unpalatable. As a fare paying punter all too often suffering delays, the one thing that gets up my nose more than anything else is the 'condescending attitude of denial' that is so often displayed when things don't go to plan. Please do not adopt this attitude on this forum.
