Selling something you do not deliver is the cardinal sin in any business and there seems to be a lot of that going on with GSM .We can argue over the semantics on this site .The bottom line is that there are a lot of customers out there who have not had the difference explained clearly to them or who have booked premium seats to turn up on the day and not get them.
That is no way to build a long term business , far better to have done one route and really made a go of it. it all seems to be spread a bit thin .
Tis much harder to get a customer back after you have lost them than it is to attract in the first place.
I hope they do well as i am all for crew jobs in Scotland , this all smacks a bit of Cougar/Excalibur.
