Question for those in the know. I'm considering starting employment with a company that's covered under the IALPA, they told me that based on experience criteria the initial compensation package as based under the "Pilot Service Agreement" with IALPA is ...
Does anyone know if it's possible to see this agreement somehow to find out what the exact numbers are, and if there's room for negotiations?
