Like some others on the thread, I'm a fan of what Globespan are trying to achieve, and I genuinely wish them every success.
However it has to be said they have really shot themselves in the foot with the summer launch, and their habit of changing seating options and bringing in double drops on flights booked as direct is bound to be a bit galling for the unaware.
Let's hope they are back on track soon.
