I also with GLAGAZ have praised and watched GSM over the past few years,but, criticism where it is due they have had a hec of a problem with long haul recently and major delays over the past week, they should have leased/chartered in an aircraft/airline for 1 or 2 days to bring them back on track and maybe even get them a little ahead of schedule.
From a passengers point of view they are failing a lot of people when they could be heaping praise on themselves.
get it right soon or passengers will vote by their feet by not re-booking.
