As I have mentioned several times in the past years, if you are involved in handling property owners/tourists when they arrive at a resort, you need to know of delays and persistant bad performers, so that hopefully you can dissuade their usage, as all they do is involve us in unrecoverable costs and unhappy staff asked to work unsociable and long hours as a result of these delays. It does not help us either to have someone arriving who has suffered a long delay, as they are ready to complain at the slightest thing they do not like, as a result.We cop the flack that should be directed at the miscreant airline.
