I agree with badbear - there's enough CAS around there without any more.
If airlines want CAS these days they should operate from airports where it's already established. Thomsonfly chose Coventry, in doing so they chose what goes with it - class 'G'. It's not a big enough operation to warrant class 'D' and never will be.
