Ive said it before, If your not prepared to jump through the hoops, then dont. Its really as simple as that.
There is no point crying about it being unfair or bellowing and beating your chest that your too macho for 'those kind of games'.
Tfly I have a selection procedure, as Im sure do Astreaus, BA, etc. If you would like to change the selection procedure then please join and put forward your ideas. Of course, you will have to pass the current selection procedure first.
I've never said any company is better than any other, nor any selection procedure.
I personally believe that 'some' companies are worth 'playing the game' for.
