want to make some things sure......
Is is a must that you are 100% fluent in English, because that`s the language in the aviation and the whole training here is also in English.....but if you are going to an open day and you will make it through several rounds you will be supposed by our recruiters to make an english test to show your skills.
EK is not looking for over-qualified personnel and it is not nessecary to have airline experience, they even prefer applicants with no cc experience as they can train them exactly the way they want. You can be over-qualified, it doesn`t matter but pleae stay as natural as you are because all those who talk too much about their "Sooooooooo high qualifications" will get the penalty:-) I wish you all good luck, donīt give up as it also took me 2 times to join this airline:-) see y`all in dubai!
