Of course not!! I have a 4 year degree in marketing management, worked in HR and have 3 years CC experience and I got it. I think the reason why many with degrees and experience get cut off is if they have an attitude, or come out as someone who are stuck up a.s.o

Just as long as you are humble and not bragging about it, it's of course an asset!!!!!! Why would anyone think different? All employers want people that are cooperative, kind and humble, so as long as you show off those qualities, it doesn't matter what your background is!

And yes, ask questions is you feel you have one that's appropriate and not an obvious one. I remember I asked if they flew turnaround flights(even though I knew they did) just to show I was interested in more than just layovers a.s.o

Just be positive and friendly! Good luck! It's truly a fun day!!!!
Hope I helped you out at least a bit

And I went to the assesment in London as well DOn't be overconfident, be relaxed but show them that you are an outgoing person with energy and peopleskills

Wish you all the best, and hope to see you in Dubai soon!!!!
