Adware problem

Hi all, Nortons has picked up 2 threats, under the threat name Adware_Minar:

mirar_distro_876260.exe and mirar_VC_Setup_876260_V58IE7.exe

Norton cannot fix them. Spybot and Ad Aware do not pick them up. Any ideas how I can get rid of them, or do I need to get rid of them?
