Well if theyre not someone should be.

Ive never yet found a J31 which doesn't cost over £1000 an hour to run incl lease, maintenance, spares reserve, fuel, crew, trolley dolley, catering, Eurocontrol, landing and handling fees.

This is before any office overheads, website/ booking engine costs & advertising.

Sure, both airports are giving them lots of free space in the terminals but airport space is almost a waste of time as the problem is getting the customers to the airport in the first plaice.
At £73 they'll need a 17/18

load on every flight to break even at £93 they still need 14/18

every flight.
ABZ should be OK as they will have a niche.

BHD forget it. If you fly into BFS for 30 quid in a comfortable 737 you can afford the 20 quid taxi fare into the City and still get there at the same time with cash in your pocket.
BNWA carried about 4 pax a day BLKBHD- before J2 went double daily!
Hope someone's got deep pockets
