Just a thought - either the author of the notam mixed up degrees with nautical miles - as the nominated rated coverage for position fixing blah blah blah commences at a '25' value - albiet a distance .
Or - a warning of false course reversal existing earlier than when we are told they may occur - the suggestion in our docs being outside 35 degrees.
i'm guessing this is a wide shot though.
