bmi regional is a good company to work for. Of course, you hear the same grumbles about management, rosters, lifestyle etc that you will hear from flight crew within any airline you'd care to mention.

On the whole, management do make every attempt to keep disruptions down to a minimum whilst doing what they can to keep the business running.

The aircraft are fun to fly, well maintained (bmir has the best reliability record of any embraer fleet), and the support from ops and TCC is excellent.

The crews you fly with are all good people to work with.

The pay and T's & C's are not the best in the industry, but on a scale of best to worst they are a lot closer to the top than the bottom.

The work load depends on the base with EMA being perhaps the quietest base (unless you're a trainer) and ABZ or Leeds being the busiest.

I would recommend bmi regional to a friend.
