basically you must meet the initial requirements like single,below 30 and graduate of any 4yr degree course from a reputable university, height 5'4 minimum and physically FIT.
ppl or cpl is not required even if youre ppl holder if you ever get accepted you will start from zero. so aviation backround might be an advantage at some manners but not a necessity. backround of trainess varies such as some are fresh grads from college and others have work experience like some get in at the age of 21 and some at 29 hope your getting my point. as long as your qualified everyone is given the chance to apply.
