I guess this one is to improve "Corporate Identity" to the other Services when we drop them off 5 days late because our AT is past it's sell by date, or is it just for the media?
It will not cheer up the pax, stop people leaving or help recruitment, etc. If they must spend scarce funds on pimping rides, how about spending it on something more positive
