When it became known that BACON were being taken over by FlyBE, it seemed obvious that there would be a lot of teething problems. I fly to Brussels frequently and so religiously stuck to SN flights when I booked even though their times may not have been as good as the FlyBE/BA codeshares. But give it a year or so to settle down and I'm sure things will improve.
