Now call me a cynic, but how long before CX drops the fuel surcharge a notch or two, at which point the savings go out the window.
Now call me stupid, but if Cx "drops the fuel charge a notch or 2" wont that make it cheaper? or am I reading your post backwards?
At the moment they charge $84 return to MEL for J or Y class ( possibly a reasonable amount ), it would have to go up another $566 HKD to get back to the levels we were charged last week. That's about a 700% increase in Fuel surcharge ( did I do the maths right? ) If the maths is right I hardly think they could put the fuel surcharge up that much? could they?
