About the accident in CDG it was the "fault" of the english pilot who try to communicate in french with the ATC instead of english.
If you're referring to the accident involving the collision between a Streamline Shorts 360 and an Air Liberte MD83 then you are talking rubbish, this accident was caused by poor adherence to SOPs on the part of the tower controllers and according to the accident report at
NO point did the Shorts crew communicate in French. As an observation, had standard phraseology been used by the controller ie "After/behind the departing aircraft line up" instead of "line up number 2" then a life might not have been lost.
